gives a good description of crosstalk in balanced interconnections.
Some of the particular computation methods presented in these papers are implemented in our SpiceLine software. Downloading the User's Guide of SpiceLine (as a Adobe Acrobat .pdf file, 199 kB) which provides a lot of additional explanations (besides, it is written in English).
